- Glenn Smaha Added 2017-07-02★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Well we returned after experiencing their food at a Banff music festival. To start our daughter tripped on a protruding board and fell to the ground. Luckily no injury. Disappointingly when I told the owner I got no apology just a "I will have to have my husband fix that." Then my vegetarian wife bought a veggie samosa but what we discovered a few minutes down the road that she got chicken. The apology over the phone was weak when we called. My meal was awesome hence the two stars not one. In the Customer Service game you have to show you care and they didn't.
